01 / THE PROMISE

WE ROOT OUT THE PROBLEM.
WE DON’T DRESS IT UP.

Tricity Pigs is built around one useful idea: find the fault, explain the options in plain English, then do tidy work that lasts. From a dead power point to a shutdown punch list, you get the same practical thinking and the same respect for your site.

WHAT WE TAKE ON

THE OPERATOR

MATTHEW HANLON

An A-grade electrician and Certificate IV instrumentation technician with more than 15 years across residential, commercial and heavy industrial work.

Matthew started on the tools, progressed through an apprenticeship into major-project and shutdown work, then took on leading-hand responsibility. He has worked around high standards, tight schedules and equipment where guessing is expensive.

He has also run his own operating business, so he understands the other half of good trade work: answering the phone, planning materials, keeping a promise and leaving customers wanting to call again.

THE FINE PRINT

GOOD QUESTIONS.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes. Small reactive jobs are part of the core service. Where possible, group a few items into one visit to get better value from the service fee.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos can help set an indicative range. A fixed quote may still require a site visit, particularly for hidden wiring, switchboards, three-phase equipment or compliance work.

Do you handle industrial and shutdown work?

Yes, subject to scope, site onboarding, insurances, current tickets and availability. Day rates and mobilisation are agreed before attendance.

What about solar, batteries and EV chargers?

EV circuit and charger work can be assessed. Solar and battery work is accepted only where every required licence, accreditation, network approval and manufacturer condition is in place.
